| Description: | The article examines the current state and trends in M&A processes in a global business environment. The dynamics of volumes and the number of M&A-transactions in the regional aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The estimation of the largest M&A-transactions over the world, the share of the regions in the total volume of mergers and acquisitions and distribution industry mergers and acquisitions in the regions. |
