| Abstract: | Дисципліна «Правове регулювання обігу крипто валют» посідає значне місце в системі професійної підготовки майбутнього юриста, оскільки покликана не лише надати знання студентам з питань правового регулювання крипто ринку та крипто активів у системі децентралізованих фінансів Україні, а й зорієнтувати на проблемних питаннях охорони та захисту прав людини і громадянина в фінансовому та банківському середовищі, сучасних методах та способах правового забезпечення здійснення регулювання та обігу крипто валют. The discipline "Legal regulation of the circulation of crypto currencies" occupies a significant place in the system of professional training of a future lawyer, as it is designed not only to provide students with knowledge on the legal regulation of the crypto market and crypto assets in the system of decentralized finance in Ukraine, but also to orientate on problematic issues of protection and protection of rights person and citizen in the financial and banking environment, modern methods and methods of legal support for regulation and circulation of crypto currencies. |
| Description: | Робоча програма (РП) навчальної дисципліни «Правове регулювання обігу криптовалют» розроблена на основі «Методичних рекомендацій до розроблення і оформлення робочої програми навчальної дисципліни денної та заочної форм навчання», затверджених наказом ректора від 29.04.2021 № 249/од, та відповідних нормативних документів. The work program (RP) of the academic discipline "Legal regulation of the circulation of cryptocurrencies" was developed on the basis of the "Methodical recommendations for the development and design of the work program of the academic discipline of full-time and part-time forms of education", approved by the rector's order dated 04/29/2021 No. 249/od, and relevant regulatory documents. |
