Cryptocurrency market public administration legal fundamentals as Ukraine’s financial system alternative: current state of scientific and normative regulation

Abstract

A collective monograph, authored by members of the scientific and pedagogical personnel of the Faculty of Law of NAU, devoted to topical issues of jurisprudence in the context of modern challenges and threats . The main issues of legal ideology and theory, the modern trajectory of education against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic, the state, and the significance of legal science in modern public administration are analyzed and described in detail. Also, special issues of the criminal legal protection of the state and human security in the light of modern challenges and threats, the peculiarities of the development of the science of labor and civil law in the external environment, the peculiarities of regulation of state economic and information security in the context of globalization were studied independently.
