Concerning space law development

Abstract

Space law, much like other branches of public international law andindeed international law itself, has its origins in the need to establish acertain number of more or less simple rules to govern relations betweenmembers of an increasingly organized international community, primarilythe community of states.

Космічне право, як і інші галузі міжнародного публічного права та й саме міжнародне право, бере свої витоки з потреби встановити певну кількість простих правил, що регулюють відносини більш-менш простих правил для регулювання відносин між членами все більш організованої міжнародної спільноти, насамперед спільноти держав.
