Вивчення числових рядів студентами технічних спеціальностей: типові проблеми та поради щодо їх подолання (з власного досвіду викладання)

Abstract

Становлення сучасного інженера неможливе без ґрунтовної математичної підготовки. Для технічних спеціальностей у закладах вищої освіти є курс вищої математики. Ряди є важливою складовою цього курсу. На певних етапах опанування цього розділу студенти припускаються помилок, які повторюються з року в рік. У статті розглядаються типові проблеми, які виникають у студентів технічних спеціальностей під час вивчення числових рядів, і пропонуються певні рекомендації щодо їх подолання.

Becoming a modern engineer is impossible without thorough mathematical training. For technical specialties in institutions of higher education, there is a course of higher mathematics. Rows are an important section of this course. At certain stages of mastering this section, students make mistakes that are repeated from year to year, in particular, errors when calculating the sum of a numerical series, applying the necessary sign of convergence, using sufficient signs of convergence for series with positive terms, etc. The article examines typical problems that students of technical specialties have when studying number series and offers certain recommendations for overcoming them.
