The author is focused on the changes in the area of criminal sanctions in the time of transition.The author deals with the alternative criminal sanctions in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Slovenia. The Criminal Code of the Republic of Slovenia contains three alternative criminal sanctions: imprisonment at the end of the week (weekend arrest), house arrest and community service. |
