Саме наявність цих проблем можна вважати доказом актуальності теми цього дослідження. Доведено, що значною проблемою сучасного менеджменту є бізнес-середовище, що швидко змінюється. Економічні, політичні та технологічні умови, що швидко змінюються, роблять прогнозування і планування складними. Менеджерам останніх часів часто доводиться адаптуватися до несподіваних змін у навколишньому середовищі.
