Обгрунтування економічної стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено теоретичне обґрунтування та проведена розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку та удосконалення економічної стратегії підприємстві. Вивчено зміст та складові стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури, сформовано механізм економічної стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури, провести аналіз впливу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища на формування економічної стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури та надана оцінка економічного забезпечення стратегії розвитку, здійснено обгрунтування запропонованих пропозицій щодо економічної стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури на основі використання сучасних систем Інтернет речей (IoT), запровадження робототехніки, застосування технології штучного інтелекту (AI), впровадження технології Big Data, які допоможуть аналізувати великі обсяги даних на підприємстві. Матеріали дипломної роботи рекомендується використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та в практичній діяльності підприємств.

The qualification paper presents the theoretical rationale and developed practical recommendations for the development and improvement of the enterprise's economic strategy. The content and components of strategies for the development of the business structure were studied, the mechanism of the economic strategy for the development of the business structure was formed, an analysis of the influence of the internal and external environment on the formation of the economic strategy for the development of the business structure was performed, and an assessment of the economic support of the development strategy was provided, the justification of the proposed proposals regarding the economic strategy for the development of the business structure was provided based on the use of modern Internet of Things (IoT) systems, the introduction of robotics, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the introduction of Big Data technology, which will help analyze large volumes of data at the enterprise. The materials of the thesis are recommended to be used during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical activities of enterprises.
