Abstract

Дисципліна «Контролінг бізнес-процесів» спрямована на формування у здобувачів сучасного наукового світогляду і системи глибоких спеціальних знань, умінь і навичок щодо ефективного управління бізнес-процесами. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування теоретичних знань і практичних навичок із концептуальних засад управління сучасним підприємством на основі найновіших напрямів інформаційно-економічного розвитку підприємства, а саме впровадження системи контролінгу на підприємстві для досягнення його оперативних та стратегічних цілей.

The discipline "Controlling business processes" is aimed at the formation of acquirers of a modern scientific worldview and a system of deep special knowledge, skills and abilities related to effective management of business processes. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the formation of theoretical and practical knowledge skills from the conceptual foundations of modern enterprise management on the basis the latest directions of information and economic development of the enterprise, namely implementation of the controlling system at the enterprise to achieve its operational goals and strategic goals.
