ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ПОТОКІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract

У статті розглядається одна з найбільш актуальних проблем на підприємстві, а саме проблема опти- мізації транспортних потоків підприємства за рахунок ефективного використання і розміщення складів. Розглянуто розділ економічної кібернетики, а саме використовуються математичні методи та моделі в транспортній логістиці. Для оптимізації руху у статті використано математичну задачу лінійного програмування. Дана модель бере до уваги рівень інфляції в Україні та економічну ситуацію у цілому. Ви- користано логістичні показники ефективності в транспортній задачі. Проблема пошуку методів опти- мізації перевезень вантажів за допомогою маршрутизації перевезень розглянута за допомогою закритої транспортної задачі та пошуку ефективного розташування складських площ.

In this article one of the most important current issues in the enterprise is considered, namely the problem of optimization of transport flows of the enterprise due to expediency of use and location of warehouses. For this purpose, in this article, the section of economic cybernetics will be considered, namely, the use of mathematical methods and models in transport logistics. A number of reasons have been identified and analyzed for the reasons why changes in freight transport schemes are necessary based on product types and batch size. In order to optimize the traffic flow of the enterprise, the mathematical problem of linear programming is used in the article. As a scientific novelty, the use of logistic indicators of efficiency in the transport task was introduced, instead of the tariff grid. The urgency of this model is taken from the consideration of the level of inflation in Ukraine and the economic situation in general. The problem of finding methods for optimizing freight traffic through routing transportation was considered with the help of a closed transport task and the search for an efficient warehouse space arrangement. Use of imported products and their storage in warehouses for further shipment to customers. Scheme of shipment shipment to customers, based on the opinions of the expert team and the optimization transport model. Efficient utilization of warehouses and efficient use of them. Reducing the number of warehouses in terms of product needs and sales volumes. Thus,the main advantage of the new model is the effectiveness of its practical application in modern conditions on the territory of Ukraine. Given the use of this model in different types of enterprises, the introduction of performance indicators, as sources of basic information for solving the problem in the model, can be proposed at enterprises with different types of activities and to be interpreted from an economic point of view.
