Abstract: The goal of the presented theoretical research is to investigate the State land trade income maximum existence at the optimization based upon two scenarios with the fixed price, turn of purchasing, and two categories of the buyer’s preferences. The used entropy paradigm makes it possible to estimate the influence of the subjective preferences uncertainty and obtain the individuals’ preferences optimal distributions. Computer simulation illustrated the theoretical findings. The plotted diagrams visualize the results in the framework of the accepted explicable and plausible theoretical background.
Description: Taking into account the optimal distribution of the preferences functions allows predicting three times more amount of land sold for domestic farmers in the modeled scenario with the fixed price, first turn for those farmers, and maximal State income. Further, it should be investigated the optimal prices in the cases with other scenarios.
