Оптимізація виробничих процесів ТОВ «Любомирське вапняно-силікатне підприємство».

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній дипломній роботі досліджені теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти удосконалення та оптимізації виробничих процесів на прикладі ТОВ «Любомирське вапняно-силікатне підприємство». У вступі підкреслюється важливість обраної теми дослідження, визначені цілі та основні завдання, а також визначено предмет і тему дослідження. В першому розділі узагальнено теоретичні основи організації виробництва на підприємстві. Представлена суть виробничої потужності та напрями її оптимізації на підприємстві. У другому розділі проведено дослідження сучасного стану системи управління та організації виробничих процесів на ТОВ «Любомирське вапняно-силікате підприємство»; проаналізовано фінансово-економічні показники та виробничу потужність. У третьому розділі обгрунтовано напрями оптимізації виробничого процесу на підприємстві та оцінка їх ефективності.

The theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of improvement and optimization of production processes on the example of LLC "Lubomirsk lime-silicate enterprise" are investigated in the qualifying diploma work. The introduction emphasizes the importance of the chosen research topic, defines the goals and main objectives, as well as defines the subject and topic of research. The first section summarizes the theoretical foundations of the organization of production at the enterprise. The essence of production capacity and directions of its optimization at the enterprise are presented. In the second section, a study of the current state of the management system and organization of production processes at LLC "Lubomyr Lime and Silicate Enterprise"; financial and economic indicators and production capacity are analyzed. The third section substantiates the directions of optimization of the production process at the enterprise and evaluation of their efficiency.
