Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню проблемних аспектів при впровадженні тайм-менеджменту в організаціях, розробці пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності тайм-менеджменту в структурі забезпечення організаційного розвитку , а також оцінці економічної ефективності наведених пропозицій на базі ТОВ «Науково-виробниче підприємство «РЕЛСіС». У вступі визначено актуальність та практичну цінність обраної теми дослідження, основну мету та завдання дослідження, вказано наукові методи дослідження. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним засадам розвитку тайм-менеджменту як інструменту організаційного розвитку підприємства: розкрито сутність тайм-менеджменту на підприємстві, проаналізовано особливості впровадження тайм-менеджменту , а також висвітлені методичні підходи щодо оцінювання тайм-менеджменту як інструменту організаційного розвитку підприємства. У другому розділі наведена загальна характеристика досліджуваного підприємства, проведено аналіз профілю діяльності підприємства, здійснено дослідження тайм-менеджменту на підприємстві, а також оцінювання результативності тайм-менеджменту в структурі забезпечення ефективності організаційного розвитку підприємства. У третьому розділі вказані основні шляхи підвищення ефективності тайм-менеджменту, розроблені заходи з впровадження, а також проаналізовано ефективність оцінки результатів впровадження тайм-менеджменту в структурі забезпечення ефективності організаційного розвитку підприємства.

The diploma work is devoted to the study of problematic aspects in the implementation of time management in organizations, the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of time management in the structure of ensuring organizational development, as well as the assessment of the economic efficiency of these proposals on the basis of LLC RELSiS Research and Production Enterprise. In the introduction, the relevance and practical value of the research topic, the main goal and objectives of the research are determined, scientific research methods are indicated. The first section is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the development of time management as a tool for organizational development of an enterprise: the essence of time management at an enterprise is revealed, the features of implementation of time management are analyzed, and methodological approaches to assessing time management as a tool for organizational development of an enterprise are highlighted. In the second section, a general characteristic of the studied enterprise is given, an analysis of the profile of the enterprise's activity is carried out, a study of time management at the enterprise is carried out, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of time management in the structure of ensuring the effectiveness of organizational development of the enterprise. In the third section, the main ways of increasing the efficiency of time management are indicated, measures for implementation are developed, and the effectiveness of evaluating the results of introducing time management in the structure of ensuring the effectiveness of organizational development of an enterprise is analyzed.
