| Abstract: | Навчально-методичний комплекс "Філософія права" призначений для студентів 1-го курсу денної форми навчання ОС "Бакалавр" спеціальності 262 "Правоохоронна діяльність", освітньо-професійної програми "Правоохоронна діяльність" юридичного факультету НАУ. Мета навчальної дисципліни полягає у формуванні понятійного апарату, системи основоположних знань, у сфері права, як соціального явища, з метою їх подальшого використання при вивченні галузей права на юридичному факультеті . The educational and methodical complex "Philosophy of Law" is intended for students of the 1st year of full-time education of educational degree "Bachelor" of а specialty 262 "Law Enforcement activity ", the educational and professional program "Law Enforcement activity" of the Law faculty. The purpose of the educational discipline is to form a conceptual apparatus, a system of fundamental knowledge, in the field of law as a social phenomenon, with the aim of their further use in the study of law at the Faculty of Law. |
