Abstract

Інтеграція до європейського простору надає нам розуміння, що реалізація прав і свобод людини та громадянина, їхній безпосередній захист можливі лише за умов стабільного розвитку суспільства, дотримання закону та неприпустимості порушення правопорядку. А це можливо лише за наявності компетентних фахівців з міжнародного права, що, безумовно, визначається якістю їхньої підготовки у ЗВО.

Integration into the European space gives us the understanding that the realization of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen, their direct protection, is possible only under the conditions of stable development of society, compliance with the law and inadmissibility of violation of law and order. And this is possible only in the presence of competent specialists in international law, which is certainly determined by the quality of their training in higher education institutions.
