All the aspects of the mentioned phenomena multi-alternativeness has a subjective individual’s psychological background, thus, the chaos inspired by the opinions pluralism should be quantitatively characterized and the presented book arms a reader with a powerful tool of the uncertainty estimation implemented to the sphere of any kind collisions (conflicts). The area of “conflictology” needs the entropy (as the measure of the individuals’ preferences uncertainty) approach in order to manage the conflicts consciously.
