Авторитет викладача з дизайну: специфіка, складові та способи напрацювання

Abstract

Дане дослідження має за мету визначити основні складові та головні особливості поняття «авторитет викладача» саме у галузі знань «Дизайн», та сформулювати способи його напрацювання. Практична цінність полягає в тому, що результати даного дослідження будуть корисними для викладачів, що працюють у сфері дизайну для того, щоб покращити педагогічну ефективність через підвищення рівня власного авторитету серед слухачів/студентів та колег. Висновки. Авторитет викладача є одним з важливих факторів, що впливає на якість засвоєння професійних знань, вмінь та навичок майбутнього спеціаліста. Наявність базових педагогічних навичок у викладача є обов’язковою і має більш-менш сталий набір складових. Разом з тим, кожна галузь знань дає свій унікальний відбиток на специфіку викладання профільних дисциплін і особливе значення постаті особистості викладача у процесі викладання. У сфері викладання дисциплін дизайн-діяльності однією з перших особливостей формування позитивного відношення до викладача є наявність у нього власного практичного проектного досвіду, яким він може ділитися зі студентами. Рівень та глибина професійних знань викладача є не єдиним, і часто не головним, критерієм формування авторитету. На ряду з ними стоїть педагогічна майстерність та харизма викладача. Авторитет викладача з дизайну не є сталим поняттям. Він напрацьовується з досвідом – професійним та життєвим.

This study aims to identify the main components and main features of the concept of «teacher authority» in the field of knowledge «Design», and to formulate ways to develop it. The practical value is that the results of this study will be useful for teachers working in the field of design in order to improve pedagogical efficiency by increasing the level of their own authority among students and colleagues. Conclusions. The teacher authority is one of the important factors influencing the quality of mastering the professional knowledge, skills and abilities of the future specialist. The teacher has basic pedagogical skills and is more or less a stable set of components. However, each field of knowledge gives its unique imprint on the specifics of teaching specialized disciplines and the special importance of the personality of the teacher in the teaching process. In the field of teaching design disciplines, one of the first features of forming a positive attitude towards the teacher is that he has his own practical project experience, which he can share with students. The level and depth of professional knowledge of the teacher is not the only, and often not the main, criterion for the formation of authority. Along with them is the pedagogical skills and teacher’s charisma. The authority of a design teacher is not a permanent concept. He gains experience – professional and life.
