Збереження забудови київського модернізму минулого століття. Технічний стан будівлі "Залізничний ринок"

Abstract

Будівельна галузь України 60-70 років минулого століття характеризується реалізацією нових наукових і технічних рішень ефективних збірних залізобетонних конструкцій, методів проєктування на засаді застосування електронної обчислюваної техніки, нарешті, створенням будівель нової архітектури, в якій головним формоутворюючим засобом є просторові геометричні побудови. Цей напрямок в забудові Києва отримав назву Київський модернізм та представлений понад 70 об’єктами. Серед них дві будівлі критих ринків, побудовані за експериментальними проєктами архітектора Алли Анищенко. Об’єкт дослідження - циклічна будівля «Залізничний ринок» з покриттям у вигляді висячої залізобетонної оболонки і зовнішньою ґратчастою конічною стіною на вул. Кудряшова, 1 в Солом’янському районі Києва. Мета статті – оприлюднення результатів визначення технічного стану тримальних конструкцій будівлі після довготривалої експлуатації і виведення з експлуатаційного режиму. Наразі місцевою владою вирішується питання щодо подальшого її використання. Вважається за необхідне збереження об’єкта дослідження як взірця і пам’ятки архітектури, будівельної науки і техніки 60-70 років минулого століття. Методи дослідження – вивчення та аналіз проєктних та літературних матеріалів, опрацювання відомостей з історії будівництва та експлуатації об’єкта дослідження, візуальне обстеження будівельних конструкцій, визначення механічних характеристик бетону фундаментів, стін і покриття неруйнівними методами. Дослідження встановили, що механічні та фізичні зміни тримальних конструкцій будівлі після майже 50-и років експлуатації не набули відчутних негативних розмірів. Міцність бетону залізобетонних конструкцій становить 90 – 100% від проєктної і може бути врахована в дослідженнях при визначені категорії технічного стану конструктивних складових будівлі. За умов проведення додаткових інструментальних досліджень пальового фундамента, включаючи дослідження основ безпосередньо в зоні фундаментів, та перевірочних розрахунків відповідно до змін в будівельних нормах і стандартах така інформація в подальшому має бути врахована в проєктних рішеннях нового комплексу забудови. При цьому будівля критого ринку має становити одну з головних композиційних частин. Результати дослідження передбачається впровадити в проєкт реконструкції об’єкту. Прогнозні припущення щодо розвитку об’єктів досліджень – реконструкція аналогічних циклічних споруд різного призначення: ринків, будівель спортивних закладів, бюветів мінеральних вод тощо.

The construction industry of Ukraine in the 60s and 70s of the last century shows the implementation of new research solutions for effective prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, design methods based on the use of electronic computer technology, and finally, development of buildings with new architecture, in which spatial geometric structures are the main styling means. This direction in the Kyiv development is called Kyiv Modernism and is represented by more than 70 structures. Among them are two buildings of roofed markets that were built according to the experimental projects of the architect Alla Anishchenko.The object of study is the circular Railway Market building with a roof in the form of a suspended reinforced concrete enclosure and an external latticed conical wall on the Kudryashova street, 1 in the Solomyansky district of Kyiv.The paper aims publish the results of identifying technical condition of load bearing structures after long-term operation and decommissioning. Currently, local authorities discus further use of the facility. It is considered necessary to preserve the object of study as an architectural model and heritage property, example of construction science and technology of the 60-70s of the last century.Research methods are study and analysis of design and literary data, processing of information on the history of construction and operation of the object under study, visual inspection of building structures, investigation of mechanical characteristics of concrete foundations, walls and roof by non-destructive methods.The research has established that load bearing structures have not been considerably affected by mechanical and physical changes after almost 50 years of operation. Strength of reinforced concrete structures is 90-100% of the designed strength and might be taken into account in studies while identifying the category of technical condition of structural elements of the building. In case if additional instrumental studies of the pile foundation take place, including the study of foundations directly in the foundation area and verifying calculations in accordance with changes in construction regulations and standards, such information should be taken into account in the design solutions of the new contrsuction complex. At the same time, the roofed market building should be one of the main parts of composition of built environment.The results of the study are expected to be implemented in the reconstruction project. Predictive assumptions regarding the development of the objects of study are the reconstruction of similar cyclic structures of various uses such as markets, sports facilities, mineral water pumping stations, etc.
