| Краткий осмотр (реферат): | Using a dogmatic and formal-logical method, on the one hand it should be
proved that, the form of CAA agreements meets all the features of international
agreements as a source of international law, in particular, aviation law, since this type
of agreement expresses a form of legal establishment, consolidation and expression
of prescriptions (rules, norms). Використовуючи догматичний та формально-логічний метод, з одного боку, доведено, що форма угод про САП відповідає всім ознакам міжнародних договорів як джерела міжнародного права, зокрема, авіаційного права, оскільки цей вид договору виражає форму правового встановлення, закріплення і вираження приписів (правил, норм). |
