Ентропія як міра еквівалентності термінів

Abstract

Пошук найбільш вдалого або єдиного варіанта перекладу вузькоспеціального терміна безпосередньо пов’язаний з питаннями теорії і практики перекладу, які неодмінно зводяться до вирішення проблеми уніфікації та стандартизації термінології. Застосування поняття ентропії для дослідження трансформаційних процесів під час науково-технічного перекладу розширить науковий погляд на питання пошуку оптимального варіанта перекладу вузькогалузевого тексту з високим відсотком спеціальних термінів.

The search for the most successful or the only version of the translation of a highly specialized term is directly related to the questions of the theory and practice of translation, which necessarily come down to solving the problem of unification and standardization of terminology. Application of the concept of entropy for the study of transformative processes during scientific and technical translation will expand the scientific view on the issue of finding the best option for translating a narrow-field text from a high percentage of special terms.
