| Короткий огляд (реферат): | This article deals with the author's view on the concept of development of
air transport system, which can be the basis of the branch program documents. The author
presented a preamble and the main directions of realization of the development strategy. The
article identifies the main directions of institutional regulation of the sector development.
Institutional mechanisms for regulating the development of the air transport sector and
supporting infrastructure were outlined. In article also was considered the issues of creating new
integrated cross-sector air-transport associations – strategic alliances. У статті викладено авторський погляд на концепцію розвитку авіатранспортної системи, яка може бути покладена в основу галузевих програмних документів. Автор представив преамбулу та основні напрямки реалізації стратегії розвитку. У статті визначено основні напрями інституційного регулювання розвитку галузі. Окреслено інституційні механізми регулювання розвитку галузі авіатранспорту та супровідної інфраструктури. У статті також розглянуто питання створення нових інтегрованих міжгалузевих авіатранспортних об’єднань – стратегічних альянсів. |
